Tissue based boxplots

The boxplots show the compound’s 10logIC50 distribution across the cancer tissues from which the cell lines originated. This provides
insight into tissue-dependent compound responses. The 10logIC50s are indicated on the y-axis. The order of the boxplots is based on
the median 10logIC50 of each tissue type. Each tissue origin was assigned a unique colour and number. Individual 10logIC50s of the
tested cell lines are indicated as single dots in the boxplots.

Hover over individual dots to show detailed information of each cell line.
